The construction of the building for the kindergarten cluster includes 3 kindergarten classrooms and courtyards protected from western winds on the ground floor, and 2 classrooms on the second floor with adjacent rooftop courtyards.

The use of materials and specifications complies with green building standards and addresses aircraft noise pollution. The design integrates internal spaces outside the classrooms and ensures complete separation between classrooms. The cluster is built on the street frontage without fences. The design incorporates different levels according to the topography, with the possibility of direct street access and exits to courtyards at a higher level.
