אשקלון עיר היין - עבודות עפר ופריצת כבישים

שכונת עיר היין באשקלון היא חלק מהסכם הגג שנחתם בשנת 2015 על ידי משרד האוצר, רשות מקרקעי ישראל ועיריית אשקלון.

פרויקט המגורים היוקרתי ממוקם באזור הדרום-מזרחי של העיר, ויכלול בתוכו מגורים, מוסדות חינוך וציבור, מרכזי תרבות וקהילה, מרכזים רפואיים, בתי כנסת, מוסדות לחינוך מיוחד, מועדונים שונים וכמובן שצ"פ (שטחים ציבוריים פתוחים) שכונתי.

חברת י.ד. עשוש מבצעת עבודות עפר לכבישים ומגרשים במתחם עיר היין (שלב א'), הכוללות בין היתר חפירה, מילוי עד תחתית מבנה הכביש, חפירה ו/או מילוי מגרשים עד 1 מ' מרום 0:00, העתקה ו/או כריתה של עצים, חישוף כלל שטח המתחם בעומק 30 ס"מ, פינוי מטרדים קיימים באתר ובהם צנרת קיימת, שוחות, מבנים, קירות ועוד.

נפח עבודות עפר, חפירה ומילוי כ-3,000,000 מ"ק.

Ir HaYayin Neighborhood in Ashkelon is part of the roof agreement signed in 2015 by the Ministry of Finance, the Israel Land Authority, and the Ashkelon Municipality.

This prestigious residential project is located in the southeastern part of the city and will include housing, educational and public institutions, cultural and community centers, medical centers, synagogues, special education institutions, various clubs, and, of course, neighborhood public open spaces (P.O.S.).

Y.D. Ashush is carrying out earthworks for roads and plots in the Ir HaYayin complex (Phase A), including excavation, filling up to the base of the road structure, excavation and/or filling of plots up to 1 meter from level 0:00, relocation and/or removal of trees, clearing the entire site to a depth of 30 cm, and removing existing obstacles such as pipelines, manholes, buildings, walls, and more.

The total volume of excavation and filling work is approximately 3,000,000 cubic meters.
