אשקלון עיר היין - תשתיות צמודות Ashkelon, City of Wine – Adjacent Infrastructure

The City of Wine neighborhood in Ashkelon is part of the housing agreement signed in 2015 by the Ministry of Finance, the Israel Land Authority, and the Ashkelon Municipality.

This luxury residential project, located in the southeastern part of the city, will include housing, educational and public institutions, cultural and community centers, medical centers, synagogues, special education institutions, various clubs, and, of course, neighborhood open public spaces (OPS).

The project area will feature infrastructure installations for water, sewage, electricity, and communication, along with road paving.
