Work content:
A Multifunctional performance hall for 400 people sitting and about 800 standing ,including a telescopic seating arrangement, size 2445 square meters, two floors, stage galleries and behind the scenes. A lower lobby that also serves as a dining area and an upper lobby and gallery, a music center that includes acoustic rehearsal rooms and an office complex.
A kitchen, and a regional command room, support areas for the building that include warehouses, toilets and protected spaces. A roof consisting of a steel system and advanced cladding.
