The project scope includes:
- Extensive earthworks, including the execution of controlled blasting in hard rock areas.
- Full installation of infrastructure systems for a new residential neighborhood, including:
sewage, drainage, wastewater management, electricity, lighting, telecommunications (fiber optics and Bezeq), and water supply. - Comprehensive retaining works, including the construction of decorative rock walls, gravity retaining walls, and Terra Arm structures, ensuring maximum stability, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
