מתחם משחקי מים הכולל מגלשות ,חדרי סאונה רטובה ויבשה ,חדר כושר, חדר סטודיו להתעמלות ,מלתחות לנשים וגברים כולל אחסון לוקרים,מקלחות
בניית חניות לרכבים – פיתוח אספלט + גינון
ריהוט חוץ הכולל ספסלים, פחים
עבודות פיתוח נופי וגינון בהם נשתלו מספר רב של עצים, מדשאות רחבות ושתילים
