פנינת שאול Pninat Shaoul

A project of two residential towers, 9 floors each, located about 1 km from the beach of Ashkelon, on a hill that provides even the lower apartments with a sea view. The apartment mix offers larger-than-standard apartment sizes, including huge rooms and spacious family areas. The building’s exterior cladding combines luxurious stone and French windows (glass) to emphasize the view and space. Each floor consists of 4-5 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses, all with 3 directions of airflow. The project is located in a rich environment, including schools, kindergartens, a country club, and community services.

Scope of work:

• Underground parking and massive electric gate with high-standard landscaping in the Barnea neighborhood of Ashkelon.
• Electro-mechanical systems – fire pumps, blowers, air conditioning, elevators, pump rooms, smoke release systems, sprinkler systems, and more.
• Execution of a Trefa room for the Israel Electric Corporation.
