תאורת רחוב (כולל עמוד תאורה בגובה 18 מ׳)
עב׳ תשתית למסילות דיור - 14,000 מ״א של מסילה
מער׳ ניקוז למסילות הדיור במתחם
תכנון והקמת מיכל מים מפלדה בגודל 5,000 מ״ק

ביצוע הזנות קווי מים לכיבוי אש במתקני המתחם (כולל מתקני דלק)

Works: earthworks, water, sewage, drainage, fire fighting, electricity, lighting, walking paths, access roads and various additions - in the national railway complex - Lod

Work content:

Stage A: 2004-2006

Construction of a mechanical equipment workshop - from steel construction and advanced construction
Construction of a material supply warehouse - as above
Construction of a washing shed for equipment - from steel construction
Planning and implementation of sprinkler systems for the 3 buildings
Paving a system of roads and avenues
Construction of a water system and perimeter hydrants for the complex
Sewage system for buildings
Street lighting (including an 18 m high light pole)
EB infrastructure for housing tracks - 14,000 m2 of track
Drainage for the housing rails in the complex
Design and construction of a 5,000 m3 steel water tank
Performing flexible horizontal drilling along a continuous length of more than 800 m
Ruined and unloaded buildings

Stage B: 2008-2009

Planning and execution of a water pressure booster for the compound (360 mqs at 6 atm pressure)
Planning and execution of a water recirculation project
Design and execution of a diesel generator for fire pumps
Carrying out feeds of water lines for fire extinguishing at the complex's facilities, including fuel installations
